I am really really happy and thrilled to announce that my trio with Simon Toldam and Peter Bruun Musik has been nominated for a Deutscher Jazzpreis 2023 (German Jazz Award) with the album “Souls of the Wind” released worldwide via Zack’s TALENT.

We are really grateful for the recognition of being nominated for such a fine award as “International instrumental album of the year”. The award show will be in Bremen on 27 April during the jazzahead! fair.

I am so honored to be nominated for an award in a category with two other nominees – the amazing Martial Solal and the Smith/Cyrille/Naqvi trio.
